  • Sullivan manuscripts, i.e. manuscripts collected by Francis Stoughton Sullivan (d. 1766), including copies written for him by Hugh O'Daly
  • Fergus manuscripts, after John Fergus (d. 1766), a physician
  • Sebright Gift, 43 manuscripts donated by Sir John Sebright (d. 1709), many of which can be traced to Edward Lhuyd's tour through Ireland.
  • Vallancey collection, after Charles Vallancey (d. 1812)
  • Later additions
