Form:Manuscript

This is the "Manuscript" form, which enforces the use of two templates: Template:Manuscript and Template:Sources. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

Guideline on naming manuscripts

Manuscripts are included by their full shelfmark titles: "City, manuscript repository, collection MS shelfmark". Examples:

• Aberystwyth, National Library of Wales, Peniarth MS 2
• Dublin, Royal Irish Academy, MS 23 N 10
• Edinburgh, National Library of Scotland, Adv. MS 72.1.38
• Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS Rawlinson B 487
