Hands, scribes
Ní Shéaghdha distinguishes between six hands in addition to a number of later ones. The main hand is responsible for the text of Félire Óengusso (pp. 20-45), while the remaining pages are written by five other hands: (1) p. 45, line 25 onwards; (2) p. 46; (3) pp. 47-48 (Homily on the Deadly Sins); (4) p. 48 b 26-p. 49; and (5) p. 50.
