Flannacán Úa DubthaigÚa Dubthaig (Flannacán) / Flannacán úa Dubthaig (d. c. 1168 (AFM s.a. 1168)) – Irish bishop of Elphin, who is remembered in the annals as a prominent scholar (ard-ecnaid) and historian (ard-shenchaid). A genealogical tract on the Síl Muiredaig in BB is attributed to him. He is said to have died at Cong.
